HOURS

DogGoneCrazy is open 7 days a week:
Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm
Saturday and Sunday 9am-11am and 2pm-4pm.

We will schedule early (8-9am) or late (5-6pm) check-in/check-out by pre-arranged special request and at an additional fee. Otherwise, we do not allow check-in or check-out outside of our normal business hours.

When closed to the public,
DogGoneCrazy is staffed by a night manager who lives at the facility full-time. She is not authorized to allow you into the facility or check your pet in or out after hours. We ask that you please respect her privacy.

REQUIRED VACCINATIONS

DogGoneCrazy strives to create a safe, healthy environment for your pet at all times. In order to guarantee this, we require that every pet staying at or being groomed in our facility be up to date on vaccinations, and be free of all contagious diseases and parasites, including fleas. We require written proof of current vaccinations (DHLPPC, Rabies and Bordetella for dogs, Feline Rabies and FVRCP for cats) faxed to us at 530-546-2305 from your veterinarian's office PRIOR to your pet's stay with us. In addition, all pets checking in to DogGoneCrazy will be immediately examined for fleas and ticks. If fleas or ticks are found to be present, we will treat your pet with Frontline at a cost of $25 per treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are more than happy to accommodate your reservation request. Please remember that we are holding your reservation request pending your pet's arrival. Many times clients forget that our facilities are limited and that we become full very quickly, especially during the summer months, peak ski season and holidays.

When we reach our total occupancy capacity, we have to refuse reservation requests and turn business away. If you do not cancel your reservations at least 7 days in advance, we are unable, in most instances, to re-book the space we have held for you. This forces us to lose revenue, and we must then charge the client for his or her reserved space.

We try in all situations to work with our clients whenever possible, but please be aware that we are usually "full" during the summer months at least 1-2 weeks in advance. This means that we are refusing potential customers in order to hold accommodations for your pet(s).

All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. By reserving a cabin at DogGoneCrazy, you agree to the following: if you cancel or change your reservation within the seven (7) day period before your scheduled check-in date, your credit card will be charged the amount equal to one full day of boarding for each pet.
